There are certainly fields which the vCard format supports which I haven't accounted for here if you need them, it's not that hard for me to add them. This was originally written to take information from Outlook Express for Mac OS 9 and bring it into the address book in OS X. This was only tested with data exported from Outlook Express and importing the vCard into my Address Book. If all doesn't go well for you, please let me know and I'll see if there's something I can do about it. You should then be able to import them into the vCard-aware application of your choice (like the Address Book in OS X, by dragging the file into the Address Book). Here you have it!
